Шасси формфактора 14RU с возможностью расширения оборудовано 10 слотами, два из которые предназначены для размещения резервных модулей SRE (Switch Fabric Routing Engine), а восемь слотов выделены для 48-портовых линейных модулей 10/100/1000BASE-T. Один резервный модуль SRE можно заменить дополнительным линейным модулем в целях повышения плотности портов.
